Carsyn favorite Ride!

Carsyn, Lily and I did our normal weekly grocery shopping. Well since I didnt have the baby backpack or anyone else with us, Carsyn had to walk so sister could ride in the cart. Well when I stopped to look at stuff Carsyn climb on the bottom of the cart and wanted to ride on it like that. I was like thats fine, cause then i dont have to yell at him to stop cause he is running the isle faster then I can walk them. He is so darn silly!

I just love that she is getting to be really chubby!! i just love to pinch her cheeks and thighs! 2 months old and almost 14lbs. that is just crazyness!!

Trip to Cabela's

Carsyn loves going to Cabela's and looking at all the animals dead and alive. LOL. He loves looking at all the fish, he told us he wants to be a fish and go in the water with them. I thought it was funny. He is talking more and more. It is crazy. Anyways... As we walked through Cabela's I couldnt help but take some cute pictures of us all! :) In one of the pictures Carsyn is hiding between Trevors legs because he was terrified of the talking mankin. It was hilarous. Then when we got to the deers, he got all excited and yells daddy look "BAMBI". There was a couple standing close by and they thought that was the funniest thing ever. I have the cutest boy ever! Then Carsyn spotted the bear! Bears are carsyn favorite animal (for the moment) he is always running around the house saying he is a bear and roaring at everything. Even when we are in public, he will roar at people. Its kinda embarrassing at times. We went upstairs and he was so excited (all the toys are up there) There was a shooting game and Trevor was playing it and Carsyn wanted to have a turn so Trevor and Carsyn played a few rounds. Carsyn got so excited when the things they shot fell over. It was so cute! He was so proud. That was our fun trip to Cabela's. We love our family outings!

Carsyn came out of his room one morning while I was at work and wanted Trevor to put this firemens outfit on him, he even wanted the pants on but they wouldnt not fit and he got mad. This outfit belongs to his monkey we made at build-a-bear a while ago. He is so funny. Then he redressed his monkey and even made Trevor put his black church shoes on the monkey. Cause he needed shoes to put out the fire.

My scanner isnt currently working so i just retook the pictures with my camera. Once I figure whats wrong with my scanner I will have better ones later. And will be getting them in the mail.

We went to the mall on monday and Carsyn wanted his sunglasses so Trevor put them on him. He was all talking and sing his new favorite song "bears go over the mountain". Well then I turn around to tell him he is so darn cute and he was out! It was so cute.
Then when we got to the mall and put him in the stroller he still insisted to wear his glasses. So as we walked through the mall he wore them. He is so funny.

He knows how to work his cuteness! He is always tryin to get out of something.

Lilyan is 2 months old!

Lilyan turned 2 months yesterday. Where has the time gone? Seriously she is growin up so fast. We had her 2 month well baby check up today and the doctor is impressed with how she is doing! She got 2 shots and drank one. She wasnt to happy with the nurse but then I picked her up and she smiled all big at the nurse. It was cute.. well now for the exciting part, that everyone has been waiting for.... DRUM ROLL please..... 13lbs 7 3/4oz and 24 in long! She is in the 95% for both height and weight! We have a fatty on our hands!! And I love it! She is consistantly smiling and tryin to coo!

We have her on formula and breast milk. My milk just doesnt seem to be cutting it for her and since I am back to work, in the morning I cant just sit at home and feed her like I was for the first 6 weeks. So she gets one formula bottle when I am at work and then we give her one right before bed. She has been eating about 5 oz of my milk every 1 1/2 hours and I was running out of stock in freezer but when i pump at work I dont get much maybe 4oz total(think I am too nervous or something maybe burn it off who knows) cause when I pump at home I get about 8 or 9oz. so I save what i pump at work for one feeding the next day and then i pump right before bed so trevor hopefully has enough til I get home. She is going longer between feedings now that we do some formula. but she is definitely getting enough from me cause she is a lil porker. and we just barely started the formula thing! LOL. but I am thinking another month of me breast feeding and then I am going to be done. or at least get it to were I dont have to pump at work. It is just to hard somethings. not very private also.

Carsyn says the darndest things.

The other day Carsyn was playin in our room like he always does, well I was on the computer doing our checkbook and Trevor was out in the backroom watching TV, then I hear the front door open and Carsyn is yelling "shoot the birds, shoot the birds". He is always telling trevor he wants to shoot the birds, So I got up and went to see what he was doing not know I would find him holding trevor b-b gun (it looks like a rifle) pointing it at the tree where the pigoens like to hang out under. He thought it was the funniest thing in the world. How nice is that, my two year old is already tryin to kill things. He is his fathers child. But then we sat him down and told him he wasnt aloud to touch daddies guns unless daddy tells him it is ok. so now whenever he sees them he tells me no those are daddies.

Carsyn is starting to talk more and more clear, which I have been prayin for this to come. We were concerned for a while he had a speech problem. Well yesterday we were just all hanging out after I got home from work and Trevor was taunting Carsyn and getting him all worked up and then all of the sudden out of his little mouth was daddy stop, trevor continued and then he yells JERK stop. How do you punish him when most of you know that word comes out of my mouth all the time, not always in a bad or rude way. I say it whenever and however, so I guess it is time to watch what I say.

Well then after dinner Carsyn wanted to go play out side and I was feeding the baby so I told him to go ask his daddy and Trevor didnt want to go out but he didnt have an excuse. So I thought, Trevor proceeds to tell Carsyn it was getting dark outside and to late to play. Carsyn remarks were "well it may be dark but turn a light on, then it will be okay" I couldnt help but bust up laughing, How do you reply to that. I did not expect that to come out of my sons mouth. Yeah he knows we turn lights on when a room is dark but didnt think he would think of that. Carsyn knows he is so cute, he just stood there giving daddy the look. The one that always works on daddy. So daddy got up and took him outside.

Its time to begin!

So Before we got pregnant with Lilyan I had 6 more lbs to lose to be back down to what I was before we had Carsyn. Well Since we got pregnant while I was working at losing the last lil bit I made a promise to my self I wouldnt gain bad weight with Lilyan so then I could lose it fast and get back into shape quicker. Well I gained just 29 lbs with her and lost all but 8lbs when she was born and as of today I only have 3 lbs left and it has been 7 weeks!! Well Tomorrow is the day the fun times are going to begin! I am going to watch what I eat and going to get back to only drinking water really. And work out 4 times a week and try to run every morning before work. (but that might take a lil effort getting out of bed since it will have to be at like 320am since i work at 5am). My goal is to lose a total of 22lbs within the next 4 months! I know I can do it, I just got to stick to it! :)

When I am determined to do something I am usually really good at accomplishing it! So we will see!!! :)

What a week!

I went back to work this week, it was nice to get out for a few hours and be around adults but I was sad at the same time cause I love being home with my babies. I thought it would be a little rough getting back into the grove of things since it has been a few months since I been able to do much at work. But besides being worn out and a little sore it went pretty good. I dont know if maybe I was just burnt out right before I went on maternity leave and the 7 weeks home was a nice break and what not cause I actually was excited to be back. If that makes any sense.i just cant believe it has been 7 weeks already. Why must time go so fast? My babies are just growing up to fast. Time needs to slow down a little.

Most of you know that my brother finally moved out and found a job he really loves, which is in Utah. Carsyn has been having withdrawls and missing "uncle duk" like crazy. Everyday he asks where Doug is and then he shortly answers himself with "he at work at his new home, in uah (utah)". they were like best friends. So that makes 3 of the 5 of us living there, but that may soon change. My dad was currently laid off from his job and being the age he is it has been making it hard for him to find a job, he has ALOT of experience in his work field but no one really wants to hire him for his age and how much he should technically earn. SO that has made them decide to go ahead and fully retire and pull social security. With that they are really considering moving to Utah here in a few months. They are going up there in a few weeks to visit my siblings and they are going to work out all the kinks and see if it is what they should do, and if they feel it is then they will be coming home and packing up everything. :( And I will be the last one left. But we dont plan or really want to move there so we will be here still and man will it be weird not to have my mom and dad here 24-7. They really help us out so much, its going to be one rough day when they go. We are going to continue to rent my parents house out until we pay off our debt and Trevor decides what he wants to do with his career. Which will be at least this time next year if not longer.

Carsyn is getting so tall, pretty soon I will be looking up at him and will wonder where has the time gone. He is such a big helper around the house. He loves to help me fold the laundry and hang up the laundry. He loves to help give "baby sister" a bath and feed her bottles (when I am at work). He also LOVES to get into things and make a mess and then clean it up and start all over again.

Lilyan is becoming a chunky monkey! Her cheeks are getting fatter and she is getting fat rolls on her thighs. I just love it! We weighed her and she is just under 14lbs and is 7 weeks old. She is so strong, she loves to stand (with assistance) and look all around. She holds her little head so well, it is crazy. She needs to not grow up so fast. She is also starting to coo like crazy and she is always smiling. She is always so happy, I really lucked out having to wonderful children!

This hot weather bring playin in the Water!

So today we went to the park and were there only 30 minutes and the kids were beat red in the face and sweat dripping off of them, so I brought them home and let them play in the sprinkler! They had a blast. Carsyn cant get enough of water, he is always tryin to turn the hose on and play in it. Today made his day.
