Here are some words Carsyn wanted to learn how to spell! We sat and sounded each one out and he would tell me the letter and then he would write the letter! He now can spell them and read them on his own!! Go Carsyn!!

Each day he also worked on some pages in his workbook! He is doing such a good job and surprises us with how fast he is catching on!!

Baby Update! 29 weeks

Only 11 weeks left and Kyleigh Rose should be entering into the world!! Went to the doctor today for a regular visit and I am measuring at 30 weeks instead of 29 weeks!! Have been cramping alot again and she was concerned until she checked me and I am still not dilating so she said she isnt concerned yet! But I am to keep track at how often they are! I am also starting to feel sick again and been having horrible heart burn. So definitely hasnt been a fun last few weeks! Kyleigh's heart beat was 148 and is doing good! I go back in 2 weeks!! So until then..... I will post a belly picture this weekend! Happy Monday!

He also worked on a few pages in his work book and some of the pages were shapes, color, number, letters and sounds! He is catching on to sounds pretty fast!! He loves it when he can do it all by himself and he gets it right! I love watching him learn and catch on to things! He is smarter then we all give him credit for!! We love you Carsyn!

Baby update!

I am 28 weeks tomorrow and starting my 3rd Trimester!! Where is the time going?!! Today I had a doctor appointment and everything is going well! I start my bi-weekly visits now! Trevor couldn't believe it was that time already when I came home and told him! Kyleigh is doing well! She is EXTREMELY active and I mean 24-7 active! But its the best feeling in the world! Her heartbeat was 158 today! She even kicked the RN a few times while she was measuring my belly which is measuring little over 29 weeks! She is definitely growing and She definitely has to let everyone know she is in there!! Well besides daddy, she barely kicks for him! :) about 12 more weeks and we will be able to meet this little firecracker!! We are ALL excited too!!

This past week we moved Carsyn into the other room and ordered him a bunk bed which we should get in the next week or so!! Put Lily in a big bed and moved the crib into our room! I am trying to slowly get things put together and ready for Kyleigh! Yes I know I still have a couple months but time is going so fast, I dont want to be rushing with everything else I have going on last minute!! I also had Trevor pull down the girl clothes from the attic and sorted them and have them ready to be washed and put away when we get the girls a new dresser! The more I get done the more it hits me we will be going from a 4 member family to a 5 member family!! I love my family!!!!

Doing Preschool

This school year Trevor and I wanted to put Carsyn in preschool but with our schedule, money and a new baby coming we couldn't really make it happen. Carsyn was really bummed so I promised I would find something to do with him instead! So I was searching online for things to do to help get him ready for Kindergarten and I found a website that does free curriculum for Preschool and Kindergarten! For the next 26 weeks we will have a weekly theme we will talk about, read a story about and sing a song about, then vocabulary word that goes with that weeks theme, then we will also work on letters, numbers, shapes, colors and a nursery rhyme that goes with the theme each week!! I also got a workbook for him to do! So I got everything printed off that I needed and prepared stuff, we started this past week and he is LOVING it! these next couple of weeks are kinda gonna be easy for him since he knows his numbers 1-10 and most the alphabet! But he still is liking learning the different thing that we do!! To kinda get a idea of what we do each week I will try my best to post a blog every friday of the poster and stuff we learned that week!

This week was

Monday- Introducing weekly theme- Cows and the Vocab word- Calf

Tuesday- Shape- Square

Wednesday- Letter- A (we also work on the sound of the letter too)

Thursday- Number- 1

Friday- Nursery Rhyme- Hey Diddle Diddle

Each day we post something on the poster that goes with what we talked about! He loves this too cause then when daddy comes home he goes over and tells daddy everything that he has learned so far! Its nice cause we review it often during the day too and he is so proud of the stuff he puts on it!!

Our Little Princess isnt a baby anymore....

So in the last 3 months, Lily has been off the binkey, potty trained and now in a big girl bed!! I cant believe how easy she has been with all these changes!! It makes me sad that my baby girl is growing up so fast! :) She is a little firecracker and keeps us on our toes but we LOVE it!! Without her Life would be boring!! We are grateful to have such beautiful and wonderful children! And cant wait to see how Kyleigh will be!!

Belly Update!

I am 26 weeks 1 day pregnant in this picture! And I officially feel and look pregnant, it happened in the last week and let me tell you I have definitely felt my belly grow! It is definitely worth it but man not so comfortable! I am also in the double digit mark for days left!!! Seriously Cant believe how fast time is going this pregnancy!! Makes me sad and excited to think I only have 14 weeks left (maybe even 12 weeks)!! I see the doctor next week and I cant wait to hear her little heart beat and see how things are going!!

So we FINALLY got some rain this monsoon season and after just 20 minutes of down pour, we started to have our own little lake in our backyard!! :)

Trip to California- PICTURE OVERLOAD!!

Trevor and I took the kids on a short vacation to California! Trevor and the kids have NEVER been to the beach so this trip was just for that!! And let me just say how excited they were and how much fun we had!! It is definitely going to be a yearly tradition we do! We LOVE the beach!! Here are some pictures to just show you how much fun we had!!!
